All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and tracked door to door.

Rates

• Free US shipping on orders over $99.
• Orders under $99 ship for a flat $6.95.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Import duties and sales tax, where applicable, are already included in your price — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Order issues

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email info@nordhavn.fr and we'll make it right.
